Supplemental Work Service Fee Information
All owners and members (except seniors) must pay the annual Supplemental Work Service (SWS) fee. This fee is subject to a full credit if an owner/member performs defined types of club-related work activities. Those people who choose not to perform work activities will forfeit their SWS fee for the year. This money is used to hire contractors for maintenance work that is not performed by pool owners/ members.
The most common types of work that qualify for the credit are preparing the grounds for opening and closing each season, and participating in social committee activities.
Other work activities may qualify toward the work bond rebate. Please speak to an RSC Board member or the manager to discuss such options.
Supplemental Work Service Fee opportunities are also communicated to the membership via email!!!
The Board of Trustees would like to encourage all of the membership to participate in one or more of the following jobs:
Grounds Preparation (pool opening & closing) – please contact the Pool & Grounds Committee
Social Committee – please contact the Social Committee
