Leave of Absence
It is the policy of Roycefield Swim Club to allow current owners to take a leave of absence (LOA) for one (1) season without relinquishing their ownership. The LOA must be requested before the due date of annual maintenance fees. If the owner decides not to return the following season, it will be deemed a resignation (see resignation). The LOA status policy is for one season only, and may be extended only at the discretion of the Executive Board.
