Our Pool Rules indicate that a child 13 years of age or older is allowed to be at the facility without an adult present. This year for COVID19 reasons an Adult MUST drop of any child under the age of 16. The parent/guardian MUST check them in at the front gate before leaving.

Yes, the picnic tables have been strategically placed at least 6 ft. apart from one another.

We will only limit the number of swimmers in the pool if we reach capacity.

We ask that you be mindful and respectful of those you are not with at the pool and provide adequate space.

Yes, this has already been implemented. The paved path leading to the front gate has Blue X’s leading up to the gate.

Staff and lifeguards will be wearing face coverings when appropriate… i.e. at the front gate, performing first aid, etc. You are asked to please wear a face covering when utilizing the restrooms, checking in at the front gate, interacting with a staff member, or moving throughout the property where 6 ft. social distancing cannot be maintained.

As a requirement of the guidelines the Pool Manager or Acting Pool Manager is responsible for being an ambassador at the facility. The Manager on Duty will be encouraging social distancing of bathers on the pool deck, on the lawn, and in the pool. The guidelines however, clearly state “ENCOURAGED.” As such we ask that you use good judgement and respect those around you.

At this time, we will not be booking any private parties. If possible, we will look at introducing parties later in the season.

For the time being, we will be limit guests to 50 per day. Guest passes will be on a first come first serve basis and MUST be reserved/prepaid online before coming to the pool. More information to come later in the week…

We will reassess this after the first week or two and allow more guests depending on facility capacity.

REMINDER: GUESTS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. They are an extension of your membership. It is your responsibility to remind them of the CPOPP and Pool Rules.

We do not anticipate getting close to the 50% occupancy restriction, however if this becomes an issue, we will enforce the policy defined in the CPOPP related to capacity.

a. Dues will not be prorated. The costs to open, maintain the pool and grounds, as well as club insurance fees, remain unchanged. The club has also incurred significant expenses related to MUST fix repairs for the ladders (Pool Electrical Bonding and Grounding), and another expense for a broken pipe repair. While there is a small savings in lifeguard wages from Memorial Day through June, this only represents a very small portion of the budget. Any savings realized from lifeguard wages during this time need to be applied to additional costs we will incur related to complying with state guidelines. As a reminder, there is no longer a late fee for existing members to join. b. While we cannot prorate your Annual Maintenance Fee, we ARE crediting every membership their Workbond fee for the 2020 season. The credit will be applied to next year’s invoice.
